There is an eight-piece band that is bringing a new fresh sound to rock and they are called, The West Coast Feed. With a band sound that is inspired by the great bands hailing from Memphis, Muscle Shoals and New Orleans, they are generating a modern and electrifying rock-soul experience. Their sound is grounded by charismatic front man Jesse Butterworth that is supported by violin, three horns, a driving bass and drum rhythm section and energetic guitars.
Philanthropic support is a central theme to the band’s mission as they have partnered with two non-profit organizations for benefit shows: charity water, and All God’s Children International. The latter group, an organization that cares for orphans and facilitates international adoptions, is especially close to Jesse’s heart, as it provided a path for him and his wife to adopt their Ethiopian-born daughter Harper. Their adoption journey captured in the band’s lively debut single “You Belong to Me,” a heartfelt song of love and devotion. The band has released a ten track self-titled album that is collection of tunes from a band that loves making music and is making a difference. That’s the short of it!
