Singer and songwriter Vic Allen is a talented artist from the United Kingdom. A trip to America to work on a ranch in New York State inspired her to delve into the rich country music tradition, and she began writing songs. While studying at the University of Bristol, Allen began to perform her original material at local open mics nights which quickly progressed to regularly booked gigs around the city. After graduating from Bristol, Allen started performing across the United Kingdom and began taking regular trips to Nashville to collaborate with other songwriters to further develop her songwriting. In the summer of 2017, Allen launched a successful crowdfunding campaign which allowed her to record her second EP, a four-track release titled Between The Lines. The four tracks offer solid songwriting and Allen’s warm relaxed vocal style, with a deep lyrical appeal. Allen has a sound and a style that is uniquely hers, and ear catching.
