Hailing from Clearwater, Florida, The Ries Brothers (pronounced “Rees”) meld rock, blues, funk, and reggae into a sound that only two brothers can write and perform to create their own wonderfully unique music, that is blend of pop, jazz, blues, classic and alternative rock. Fresh off the presses are thirteen tracks called, The View From Outside, the brothers first full-length offering. Made up of brothers, Charlie (age 22) on lead vocals, drums and keyboard and Kevin Jordan (age 18), on guitar, backing vocals and co-songwriter. What makes these guys so special is the diversity of the music they present and the depth at which it is presented, both lyrically and musically. That’s the short of it!
