RX (real name Robbie Christmas) is a Seattle-based singer songwriter and instrumentalist best known for his pure, unique voice, timeless lyrics and skilled guitar playing. With a last name like Christmas, it is no wonder his music sounds like such a gift. His sound can best be described as classic and electric; comprising of intricate guitar parts and the modern production of bands like Amos Lee and Vance Joy wrapped in layers of familiar melodies and harmonies reminiscent of his heroes, James Taylor and Crosby, Still, Nash and Young. RX’s single “Over the Moon,” debuts on YouTube on March 29, 2019.

Bottom Line

"Over The Moon" tells the story of two people searching to find each other, like radio signals beaconing out to the universe to finally connect. RX found inspiration for the tune in his fascination of astronomy and science fiction. The song was recorded in Seattle, WA and Los Angeles with Producers Tony Rodini and Jason Lackie. The music video for "Over The Moon" was shot on Orcas Island, WA. The result is a stunning single that rings of a hit song. RX has a distilled voice that lays across the melody with a yearning that catapults the song to the stratosphere. His warm tone and harrowed timbre is breathtaking. That’s the short of it!
